Contest! Win ‘An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power’ on Blu-ray!
This unseasonably warm and sweaty fall leaves one clear fact breezing through the air: climate change is real. However, many of the powers that be still deny the evidence. Former US Vice President Al Gore is back to make climate change a clear political issue.
After the Oscar-winning An Inconvenient Truth comes An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power, an urgent follow-up that goes behind the scenes with Gore as he continues to share the message of his famous slideshow and use the message to inspire political action. “An Inconvenient Sequel builds upon Gore’s political convictions to illustrate how one must take action if one desires change, particularly at the level of elected officials who deny climate change or stall efforts for research and reductions,” we wrote in our review of the film. “If An Inconvenient Truth is a fiery wake up call, its sequel is an impassioned call to action.”
An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power is now available on Digital HD and comes to Blu-ray and DVD on October 24. Bonus features on the Blu-ray include Effecting Change: Speaking Truth to Power, the lyric video for OneRepublic’s original song “Truth to Power,” and the mini-doc Truth in Ten – The Facts About Climate Change.
